La Siala Restaurant
The anticipation will make your taste buds dance. Relax and lean back to fully enjoy the play of colours on your plate. In the process, the scent of spicy herbs and simple flavours rise to your nose. You breathe them in deeply and they tickle your senses with joyful anticipation. Then treat yourself to the first bite of down-to-earth delicacies.
High-quality fresh products from the region are refined with a lot of skill, passion and love into culinary delights – contemporary, surprising and yet down to earth. Served in an appealing atmosphere with a sincere smile.
Noble wines
With circular hand movements, let the crimson wine dance in your glass. The noble drop vibrates lazily in the glass, revealing all the facets of its colour. Its earthy, fruity aroma rises to your nose. Devoutly, you put the glass to your lips and relish its exquisite contents.
Exquisite wines from the Grisons area are stored in our wine cellar as well as noble wines from the great wine regions of the world. We will help you find your personal favourite.
A tasty start of your day
The smell of freshly brewed coffee wafts through the house. You can help yourself to local delicacies at the rich buffet and embark on a culinary journey of discovery. As you secretly snack on a piece of mountain cheese direct from the buffet and, smirking at your little indulgence, can start your day with satisfaction.
We offer a balanced rich breakfast every morning, because a good day starts with a good breakfast. Lactose and gluten-free options are available on request.
External guests are also welcome at the breakfast buffet. For our breakfast we charge CHF 25.00 per person.
La Siala Bar
The evening sun colours the mountain peaks pink. Your gaze wanders over the spectacular landscape, lingers here and there, and then returns to the full glass in your hand. You lift it to your mouth, take a sip and close your eyes for a moment. In your mind, relive the day and let it end in a relaxed atmosphere.
Après-ski at La Siala is stylish, dignified and exuberant at the same time. Linger at a bar with a feel-good character and benefit from a first-class selection of drinks.
Sun terrace
The mountain sun gently caresses your cheeks and warms your soul. Thanks to the sun, you feel wonderful and you are also beaming. Satisfied, you wink at the sun, before you look away over the steep mountain slopes, down into the magnificent Rhine Gorge, and back at the exciting book in your lap.
Our sun terrace is the right place to enjoy the impressive panorama, to treat yourself to something special from the snack menu and, simply, to unwind.
Children's playroom
Board games, handicraft table, building blocks, balls … and Lego? But logo! The La Siala kids room is the absolute favorite room of the little ones from «Autöli» to Z. While they play in a creative and safe environment, the grown-ups enjoy undisturbed moments in the restaurant. A real win-win Winnie the Pooh situation!
Our kids room is located in the basement of the restaurant and is equipped with a variety of high-quality toys for children from preschool to primary school. Older children and teens feel at home in our game room with pinball machine, table football box and table football table.
Sauna and Bathing Area
You take a deep breath. The essential sauna infusion invigorates your senses and the pleasant warmth relaxes your muscles. For a while, you sit and focus on nothing but the occasional reassuring creaking of the wooden walls. Then gently, you get up, dive into the fresh water soon afterwards and feel refreshed and alive.
Swim a few lengths in the indoor pool, sweat in the Finnish sauna and bio-sauna and doze in the inviting relaxation room.
